Stat padder

Just come across a stat padder in a server. Here are the screenshots:

My questions are:

Here you see his name.

Player 1 fires off the pistol to waste ammo, player 2 supplies ammo

Here are the scores

a) Are these screenshots sufficient to bother sending to EA?
b) Where exactly do I send them? (Isn't it BFHQ@ea.com?)

Looking at his stats, doesn't look like a persistent padder. Is it worth reporting?
