As you all should know, when a friendly or enemy dies, you can grab their kit with 'G'. Well one thing I found out yesterday is everytime you do a switch of a kit, it resets the timer for how long until that kit poofs. I had quite a time the other day by myself, what happened is this.
On Karkand I was kicking some ass with my G3 and found myself rather bloody after a few fire fights. So I notice an enemy medic kit sitting on the ground. So I pick that baby up, toss out some medpacks on the ground, and switch back to my G3. I dive on one kit for a full health, and off to some more killing.
Not just 10 seconds later, I find myself with another kill and another wound. So I go back, and the med kit is still there! Same process, I drop some kits, then back to fighting with my G3.
I think I racked up almost 10 kills like this and just kept healing up myself then switching to the good rifle. The enemies must have thought I was invincible or something :)
You've gotta be quick, but if you frequently switch out kits, you'll always have it at your feet when you need it.
