Whenever my GTX came, it had its power cord thing in a little plastic bag. I didn't open it because I noticed it looked exactly like the one that my Ultra had been using. So I plugged the GTX into the Ultra's power cable that was already in there...you think that would have an effect? The opposite end that goes into the GTX has split connectors, I dont think the Ultra did. Not sure, but would that have any effect?

well total watts don't mean much on a PSU as very few are honest, but if you haven't had trouble with the last card you did.Comment
