VOIP partially working??

I'm asking a question on behalf of my friend. We all use headsets while in the game & all of us in a squad can communicate. The problem is, he can speak & we can hear him, but he cannot hear anyone else at anytime. He's tested this with other people & it's the same. Any idea as to what is happening?

We're not sure how he can transmit clearly but not hear any of us.. (when everyone else can) He said his settings seem to be okay & we have no clue as to what is going on.

VOIP is a bit dodgy at the moment, hopefully it'll be patched.

Figured it out.. it ended up being the firewall was blocking some of the ports.
