Still Crash? ATI 5.9

ATI just released the Catalyst 5.9 driver. Here is what it says on the release notes.
"Battlefield 2: The game no longer exits to the Windows desktop after the game logo is displayed "

Well,I installed this new patch,and I still get the CTD..

(and yes I did a 'clean' install)

I've never crashed in anyway while playing BF2...

yeah I always ctd in mp at the map change..very frustrating I just hope that this alleged wuderpatch fixes these issues
