:cry:I have been playing BF2 for just about a month now...And I still stink!!!!

I am looking for someone who:

1. Wouldn't mind helping me out with the inn’s and out's of this game.
2. Has a head set so we can commutate.
3. Has a ZBoard (I have one, just figured it would be easier).
4. Has experience/Rank in this game. (I figure SGT-SFC, will do)

The number one tip from me is: a straight path to where you want to go is not always the best.
The number two tip from me is: don't go straight into the action, see what the situation is and work around the sides first to get rid of most of the enemy
The number three tip from me is: when it is a vehicle on vehicle combat - do NOT just sit there and fire. Move around alot and use smoke if needed - especially when you are in an apc and just fired a rocket or someone has fired an AT rocket. This anabled you to get away from alot of fire (apc > tank - 5 passengers, faster turret turning, faster moving, anphibious, better guns)
The number four tip from me is: a good reaction time and eyesight gives you the best advantage (in CQB you need a good reaction time, logical thinking is also good to have (like when you and your enemy see each other and hide behind something) as you can predict where the enemy is going to go usually).
The number Five and final tip from me is: defence can be a good way to get a lot of points - if you see some troops or a vehicle coming in the distance, instead of running of and end up going to the next flag, go and defend instead. If you can do this well and hide somewhere where they cant see you you can easily kill most if not all of them by yourself (although its much harder against vehicles but there are methods you can use)

Try and join a clan.. this way you'll play with people who REALLY want to help you get better and they'll usually assist and guide you more. Other than that, practice more on single player against expert bots and play on unranked servers more until you get good at tactics, aiming and learning what each weapon will and won't do.

Nice. You just revived a day old topic. I don't mind teaching him I guess. Xfire is BlackOps888. I'm bored right now and my gaming computer is down at the moment. Motherboard fried. I'm a Lance Corporal but I screw around on my account so I dunno. Well I'll play and teach or whatever once I get my computer ack up. Whenever the hell thats going to be. 1-2 weeks more probably.

Edit: Expert Bots are easy and I was like him before. When I was ten and starting FPS gaming. I sucked back then.... I think.

Ya really. That's higher than the one I have. Your not bad really. Not as bad as some people that have like super low KDRs which suprise me because I have no clue how someone can get less kills than deaths on average.
