It should be fixed in the next patch. They are tweaking collision detection.

try parachuting next to a friendly and colliding and having your shoot go away because of this..then you fall and die..I love it.

On a related topic.. I remember seeing a supply crate land on someone and kill them, by far the funniest thing I have ever seen in any video game

I've done that. Me and my squadmates jump off Kubra Dam and i get down that, and somehow TK. Then i get tkd.

It's funny at times.
