Was playing last night and I finaly got over 10500 points, I'm at 10545 to be exact, this was about 9 hours ago. I only get about 45 mins to 1 hour to play aday with my schedule so it took a while to reach it. I still haven't recieved the next rank of Corperal. Was just wondering if this is normal for the game to lag behind in stats to get it. The last time I hit rank it gave it to me in the game and gave me the unlock the next time I logged on, but still nothing yet. Am I missing something ? I do have the right pionts for the rank right ? It says 100% in my points to next rank right now. Any insight would be cool.

join a different server than the one you got the points on... get a point.. u should get it..

i had this problem too when i got too lance corporal. I think u have to go on an EA server for it to register, could be wrong, but thats what ive heard. If u go on a non-EA server and u get a point...and nothing happens try an EA one.

I find this post hilarious because you actually need 10550 points to get promoted. You were 5 away.

Ok, I regged on the forums just to answer your question/problem. I do read the posts but never actually posted so here's your answer.

the points needed to get promoted are 10.600. Not 10.500, even though UBAR says its 10,500. Once you get you 55 more points youll see you new promotion and an hour or so after that see your unlockable choice.

I am having this problem right now, I played last night for about an hour and i was suppose to get promoted to a sergent.
You only have to get 25000 pts for sergent and i have about 25085 and still havent been promoted.
I have waited for about 14 hours now and i still have nothin, but im just going to play on a different server as what USAR said and i hope that it works.
