Criteria:

• Time in Service: Good
• Combat Rating: Skilled
• Team Player Rating: Outstanding

Requirements:

• IAR: 50 team points
• 400h Total time played
• 10 Best kill streak
• 8 Worst death streak

so if u have ever had a death streak of 9 or more, then u can never get this ribbon....ever?

Yes you can get the ribbon, your worst death streak has to be 8 OR MORE.
So dont worry.

yeah I tried doing that but no luck I may be a horrible player but those that 15 death streak was intentional,not really it was

I still don't understand why people go for that. I guess those are the types that just like having shiny objects. To me, the Purple Heart in BF2 means you got your butt handed to you - it's a sign of suckitude, and a medal I'm proud NOT to have.
