    Radio's In Vechicles

Im almost positive that someone has made a thread about this in the past, but when i searched i got nothing

Im sure we all know that in BFV we could put our mp3's into a specific folder and when in a vechicle in game, we could turn on our radios and fly/drive away to our favourite tunes...

I remember i had airwolf for when i was flying a Huey.. doo doot ditty doo dooty doo do dododod.... l33t!

So, anyways, why didnt they implement this cool feature into BF2 as well..dont get me wrong im not complaining, i am just curious

^^ Haha... that was akool feature, but that would put more strain on the systrem requirements. But yea.. im usually playing music in the background, but this affects the game performance greatly.

That is why you have another PC with all your music on it - playing through another set of speakers - or satellite radio running on your home theater system all playing in the background. Much better than having it all coming through the same speakers.

I have it set up so that I can adjust the volume of voice chat (TS and Ventrilo) on one set of speakers, game noise/in game voip on another - and music through another set or my home stereo.

Just to the side of my mouse I have volume controls for all - so no having to click, point, adjust, etc - everything can be controlled easily for times I need more music, or need to hear more of the talk, etc.

I have an AMD Athlon 2800+ Barton, 1 gig of RAM and an GeForce 5700LE, and dont have problems running WinAmp in the background with the BF2 WinAmp Controller. No tearing lagging or whatsoever. But yeah id love A build in MP3 player with some preset songs.

It doesn't really fit Bf2... BfV was different, it was "inspired" by some vietnam filsm where there was that kinda music. You don't look at BHD with 90s music, for example. And what musicstyle do you want the radios to play? HipHop, Nu-Metal, Pop? It just doesn't fit the game. An mp3-radio just for yourself would be nice, but let's concentrate on more important things thatn a mp3player.

                run winamp like those above...

no more stress on a buggy game to begin with..

I will say it was cool seeing huey's with tanks underneath heading out of base, blaring Ride of the Valkyrie... :)

Yea, that would look very good on the game's minimum requirements list:

                  "TWO computers"

I see your point about Veitnams music era, but like wasnt it in one of those movies done by that fat lad that disliked bush, Michael some one, anyway in one of his movies, he is talking to the soldiers, they have CD players in the tanks that gives a direct feed to the comms in thier helmet..

The soldier tells the camera that they listen to: "we dont need no water let the mother****er burn" when they were bombarding a city
