If this was implemented, a good team could have an army at the main base when it was under attack. It is a wonderful idea.

I say no, it would turn the commander into a forward combat troop. Neat idea though.

Definetly, great idea, just have the co at the main base, then when it's neutralized, 15 other guys swarm in, and take the base back in about 1 second (15 people at one base, that base will be capped in notime).

No, I don't think it would be a good idea. Most of the time in my games, the commander sits at an uncapturable base or in the middle of nowhere. Also, this would be too easily exploited and would take away some of the fun.

Extremely massive spawn point for the entire team....... Yay!....... OK.
First of all, it's not like the squad leaders are in a squad of their own.
2. This would conflict too much with balancing.
3. The commander is ussually stationary, making him just another spawn point at the main flag.
4,5 & 6. Due to #3, this would devalue the commander position and turn him into a mobile spawn point rather than the leader, also making him a combatant, stunting his responsiblities.

These are my views, so I disagree.

No for sure, The commander by nature hides somewhere doing his job. As a back-up spawn for squad leaders then their squad members, this prevents owning all spawns as a tactic to win the game which is the point of some maps.

BH whiners [including me] would love this but it changes the game too much and takes away all need to hold any flags.

could make it so that if the enemy has ALL the flags and you cant spawn at all .. THEN the commander becomes a spawn point .. but the tickets go down quicker

I'd have to say no to this one. I'd probably end up either flying in a jet/helo or rolling around in a tank if I spawned on most of the commanders I've seen.
