While I dont generally disagree with what you are saying, i do however disagree with saying the tanks/armor/APC limit the kits...IMO the opposite is true, since being a supply or engineer is best done from a Tank or APC...think about it the piece of armor is large, defensive and offensive, and it can protect INFANTRY men while they reload and other tanks while they repair....
Basically if people worked more as a team and didnt have a mind set of a kit not being usefull then the balance would be there....
