Yes, the game calls it a Blackhawk - they could call it a Hummer, but that's not going to make it a Hummer. The official Battlefield 2 website correctly identifies it as an HH-60H Seahawk, and from looking at it in-game (aside from a couple inconsistencies) it is most definitely a Seahawk. I don't know why DICE decided to call it a Blackhawk in the game. I blame it all on Hollywood.

But anyway... I still enjoy the game. It doesn't affect me one way or another whether they call it a Blackhawk, a Seahawk, or a Chickenhawk - I just like to curb the spread of misinformation as best I can. Knowledge is power.

Notice that a cobra in real life has 2 blades not 4. :laugh:

The Cobra comes in both the 2-blade and 4-blade variety. The helo in the game is the AH-1Z King Cobra, which is a 4-blader.

I get annoyed as well when people refer to military equipment by the wrong name *cough*Seahawk*cough*, but to say the Apache and Cobra look NOTHING alike is stretching it...
