I think I have a virus!

Ok to put it straight I can't play bf2 because my files get corrupt after a few times of playing i can't play world of warcraft beacuse they get corrupt I thought it might be my hard drive but i went onto a virus scan sight and my browser cuts off straight away. I've tried going through google, download.com ect but it cuts off so my question is:

What shall I do... Will a reboot sort it?

Try to boot into Safe Mode with Networking Support then download AVG anti-virus. If you have a Restore Point saved on your disk, try going back and run the scans. However, I doubt a virus is the cause of your troubles. It sounds more like a Windows problem to me.
