Team win "exploit"

While was thinking about the War College Ribbon, and how you need a 3:1 win to loss ratio to get it. What would happen if you were playing a round, and if you saw your team was about to lose, quit just before the round ended?

We know that all the kills you got etc still get added to the stats, but does the loss get added too, considering that you left just before the round ended?

If it didn't, could you then avoid ever getting a loss, just by leaving if you see your team is about to lose? If so, is this considered "stat padding"?

Good question, although I dont have an answer for something like that. Experiment with it. Record how many wins/losses you have, join a server, play until the end, and quit no matter what the outcome. If your wins/losses go up, then thats the case. Just make sure you give it time to update your score before you draw conclusions.

its global win to lose ratio not kill to death ratio. and quitting the round just before you lose will still record a loss

no that wont work
the ranked servers constantly record the stats of the round even if you quit two seconds before your team loses the round you still get a loss -- my advice SWITCH TO THE OTHER TEAM AT THE LAST SECOND (if possible) -- I would never do that of course.......
