pick the second box i think static something

then go down to the last box and open (it should say heli pad)

try this
click on the blue + in the top left corner of the recources window.
click on find resource and type concreteblock_helipad into the textbox and click ok.
now you should see your helipad, drag it to the place of your choice and youre done.
