    Re: Unlock Trade In Program

I don't think its the unlocks suck as much as people just have more practice with the default guns. I have M9,5 PK, and G3, and I love em all...when its appropriate. IE I won't take my G3 sniping or my M95 up close.

I think that the unlock system should be, that if you have unlocked 2, etc weapons. You should be able to unlock ANY 2, etc weapons after you log in. You can't change the unlocks on the fly (in the middle of a round). To change 1 or more unlocks, you would have to disconnect & change them .. maybe in your BFHQ section. Its hard enough to get to these ranks to unlock them ALL. Just my opinion! Of course having the option to unlock all of them in Single Player would have been nice too.

There's a sticky thread in this very forum on how to do it.

DAO-12 is a much better unlock than PKM. PKM does more damage per shot but less damage per second than the standard weapons. DAO-12 is a huge upgrade over the SMGs.

That just means that people who don't know anything about modding or how to install a mod won't have them. That's all EA did with their "fix" in the patch for the python mod. There's no way to stop modders from having unlocks in SP without eliminating the ability to mod (which would kill this game very quickly).
