I play whichever I spawn as. Mostly US though.
I would play as any team - using my unlocked gun for spec ops (my main class) - however the chance to change teams doesn't come up very often.
Sniper (my second most used class) I prefer US but I can use any of the snipers.

The games I play use autobalance so changing teams isn't usually an option.
According to my stats I play:
US 56%
MEC 30%
China 14%

USMC because of the SAW but most of the time thats where the server puts me.

Right now it's the US. That's where the servers have been putting me lately. Usually US and MEC run neck and neck. Next week MEC may be my most played.

MEC, China, US. Too many idiots on the us teams, the Chinese have some cooler weapons though.

Omg morons actually care if they play for there country, get a life or go get yourself killed in a real war.

I play mec normally, but i do like the US support gun, all the chinese guns suck but the planes are good so i just use them.

Actualy I am almost always on the USMC side, or sometimes I like beeing on MEC to, chineese I try to avoid.

The USMC has the superior M16 , which is very very good at long distance , there extremely acurate M24, they speak English (thank god), ....

USMC for me though i love the Chinese weapons and i don't mind playing their (though i don't do so) MEC on the other ..... uhm yeah well the only thing i like is the saiga S12K and Strike at Karkand

I prefer MEC as they have the best guns in my opinion. But I play on what ever side needs the most help to balance the game.

Close games are the best, I hate walk overs.
