Makes alot of sense that yall wanna B@tch and moan about a topic is brought up over and over. Yet some of you guys still take your time to flame a guy on his first post. instead how bout you save your time and just leave it to the guys that have enough class and curtousy to look over the fact that the guy is new. yeah ElG don't feel bad, some poeple are just jerks.

BHW is just an expression, mostly of frustration, that has to do with people who do mostly nothing except fly around in the BH bouncing from flag to flag and racking up huge pointcounts for it.

And yeah like others have said "BH Whoring" is where a group of people get in a blackhawk and WORK TOGETHER killing the nubbers who can't shoot them down.

Where do u see a thread explaining what bh woring is.

ElGuapo bh whoring is something when lots of people get in the chopper and start capturing flags fast. they are hard to kill. They kill infantry fast. People are too noobish to kill the bh. People are noobs that they run in the open so the bh can see them. So they die. Also people in the bh they repair give ammo and heal. They get big points.

The splash damage is way too high for the miniguns, (get killed behind buildings) while an AT shell inside a BH should take out everyone inside it.

What exactly is this Black Hawk whoring that I hear so much about? I'm new to the game (love it!), but I play almost exclusively as a sniper so I don't ever deal with any of the helos or planes. Can someone explain it to me?

"Whoring" in general is anytime someone almost exclusively uses a certain vehicle or kit. In this case a group of people exclusively use the Blackhawk helicopter and are thus labeled "Blackhawk Whores".

However, the term "Blackhawk Whoring" also has another derogatory connotation whereby people are jealous how these squads can rack up so many points because how easy it is to cap a flag and kill people with the, arguably overpowered mini-guns.

It's a phenomenon that is rather popular among those that lack the ability to learn. This process involves a Black Hawk, loaded with people (6 maximum including a pilot) who think that points are all that matter in their lives, and they get points by turning flags over and over. These people, however, are completely vulnerable to ground attack from tanks, and despite the amount of times you shoot them down or bomb their entire squad while on the helipad, they will CONTINUE to provide an ample amount of points to those attacking them as they will refuse to change their tactic or resort to other vehicles in an attempt to defend themselves.

Good explanation but you left out how all the people in the BH are engineers so they can keep fixing the BH mid air. this makes it very hard to shoot down by yourself with just AT. Also, usualy 1 support and 1 medic in the BH too so they can heal people and refill the nades/mines the other people are randomly throwing out onto the streets below

Usually, Black Hawk whoring implies that a squad is made just for Black Hawk use, which usually comprises of all engineers and maybe a medic in there to heal those engineers. One guy flies the helicopter, two guys are at the guns, and the guys in the back are repairing every bit of damage that gets done to the Black Hawk. Because of this, the Black Hawk can quickly take flags with six guys at the capture point, can quickly and easily kill infantry with the miniguns, and is very difficult to destroy for the other side. Also, if the squad leader is in the Black Hawk, people who get killed while flying in the Black Hawk but still belong in the squad can spawn on the leader, and they automatically find themselves back in the Black Hawk. That’s probably the best definition you’ll get. This usually occurs on closely knit maps such as Songhua Stalemate and Mashuur City.

Taking them down is very hard, and you WILL need support from someone else on your team. Your best bet is to climb aboard a Vodnik or Humvee, and move it so there is something protecting it on one side to avoid continous damage. Then, position yourself at the gun, and make your first objective to kill everyone who is in the back. If you manage to kill at least two of them, then attack the main hull. This will ensure that you can damage to Black Hawk and they can’t repair it in mid-flight with the people who were supposed to repair it out of the way. Also, if you’re playing Anti-tank, shooting rockets at a moving Black Hawk is really just a tactic to make it go away. Actually hitting it takes quite a bit of skill and luck, especially if it’s far away.

There is another tactic though. Taking the MEC helicopter and ramming it into the Black Hawk. It works like a charm, but it does kill you, and a lot of people are against doing it.

But, even if you do destroy it, it spawns again like any other vehicle, and all it does is delay the Black Hawk squad as they go right back to the spawn point to get another Black Hawk, and it starts all over again. Still though, as soon as the new patch comes around, these little tactics may become obsolete.
