While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Looks like theres a corruption with your display driver. Did you download the driver from Nvidia's site or somewhere else?
Try uninstalling the driver from control panel>add remove programs, restart your computer, go into your C:\ drive and delete the nvidia folder if it's still there (it should be), and then try downloanding and installing an earlier driver version and see what happens, maybe even the one on the BF2 disc.
Uninstall all NVidia driver software, reboot into safe mode, run Driver cleaner and select 'NVidia' and then select 'Clean'.
Reboot and install latest WHQL stamped drivers.
