Can't connect to any servers

Every time I try to connect to a server the window that says "Joining Server" pops up and then it goes away and it just refreshes the server list and nothing happens. Can someone please help me wiht this?

What version, what specs, do you have a firewall operating?

Okay, I went to bot h sites and I tried what they said. And it still won't connect to any servers.

I would suggest contacting EA but Ive already done that with regards to the very same problem. after 4 days of email I gave up on there inabillity to diagnose it. Even after telling them I have tried there knoweldge base and much more they still insisted on me doing these things. - Like talking to a wall.

I have yet to find a decent answer on any forum I have read

run Battlefield 2_code.exe thats on the BF2 DISC in the \support folder... retype your cdkey...

LOL...do you copy and paste that? J/K good advice and this seems to be a good fix for not connecting when it's not a firewall issue.

When installing the full game did you do all of this* including patch and PB>>>>

I got it to work guys. Thanx for all the help. I jsut tried a system restor to the last day it stopped working and now it works. I appreciate the help though! Some of it did help.
