That removes fog in maps.

I was playing Sharqi, and me and my squadmate took off from the MEC Heli pad, and imediatly we are destroyed by 2 stinger missiles coming from the US coast stinger site.

Thats impossible, you can't even see that far trough fog let alone target us. This is definite cheating right?

I called the guy a a cheater as I've played the map many times and I've never been locked on by a stinger from the US coast stinger all the way to the MEC heli pad. The ******* ended up being admin and kicked me.

Its completely possible. Either he shot randomly and got you. Or luckily traced you and honorably got the shot.

You don't need to see aircraft to lock on, I'm often able to lock on to an aircraft without seeing it.

that makes no sense though. Why make is so the stinger can target the heli pad?? You can't really take off then.



Someone once posted a cheat site here, I checked it out and remember reading a "no fog" hack though.

It's quite possible for the stingers on Sharqi to lock onto things that the player is unable to see. Try it.

A "no fog" hack doesn't enter into it.

It's simple really, they see the grey chopper since there is no one in it, as soon as you get into it the grey chopper disappears so they let rip the stingers after about 5 seconds when you are just off the ground, the homing devices does the rest of the for them.
Some people called hax on stuff like Artillery aiming in '42/DC aswell when they were really just pixel aiming.

yes, this can be done easily. What is really a blast is when MEC caps that river flag and kills the USMC chopper everytime he tries to get airborne on the roof of the TV station.

FOG hacks have been around since medal of honor so its not new.

But you know ive dealt with em since before medal of honor and quite frankly if they want to see me thru a wall go ahead. Their using it at their own risk. Sooner or later they will be caught and banned BY HARDWARE!

Yeah i saw one this weekend that cracks me up every time i saw it.
This guy called Nemesis going walking as fast as a greyhound, he couldnt shoot me and i couldnt shoot him with his ridicilous speed.
I put down c4 in a small area and when he was going into that zone i let the c4 explode and i tell you all one thing he was to fast for my trigger happy finger.

And i gave up!! (but i had fun to find a way to get him)

I dont see why hackers take their skills and make good use for it. You know how much money you can make for working on computers for the government.

Useing my n00b h4x0r intuition i just did that same thing but i shot us heli instead
