If the .isos are 650MB you should be able to burn them to a 700MB CD-R...

If the image files are larger than 700MB (can happen since images can contain subchannel data etc.), fire up WinRAR and use it to split the files into 700MB segments.

      Use the settings:
Add the .iso files you want, and choose a destination location and filename.
Compression Method - "Store" or "Fastest" (to speed up the process)
Split to volumes, bytes - "700MB CD"

Then burn the rar and part files as normal files to CD's using nero.

did you try burning the iso onto the cd, or making a cd from the iso?
In nero burning rom choose Recorder -> Burn Image
and then browse to your iso and select it and then burn it. then it will be as a cd rather than as a file

you could also send them via internet by using some kind of file send program. (mirc, msn, webserver, etc)
