This was going to be my last idea for the coast gaurd theme but when I joined USI mod team I put this on hold. One day I will release it when it is done but I wanted to make it so there will be a CoastGuard v.2 with that added in. I am looking foward to releaseing these skins very soon.

I do not see why it wouldn't work with special forces. All ti is is swapping skins, really basic stuff.
