It's October 3 (aka "The Day of the Rangers') there was a leaked memo on a site the said the official release date from EA is October 3-Release.So get your M16!!!!

Leaked and warez are two very different concepts.

Leaked = Info that was passed out that shouldn't have been (like beta screenshots)
Warez = Software that shouldn't be download. (Pirated games, etc.)

Also, he has some fundamentation. It's not official yet, it's just nothing new, the date has been floating around for a while in the said memo which also contained some information. Of course, Dice/EA won't make any commitments. Rather than asking him to prove it, since the memo has been posted around for a while, you look for it. It's been posted quite a few times. Wether the memo is real or not, that's another scenario.
