Hey, i have an idea for monthly contest between all the mappers here on totalbf2.com and i just want to see what you guys think of my little idea.
So it starts off the Totalbf2.com map team pick a type of map for every month similar to below
January - Forest
Febuary - Desert
March - Infantry Based
April - Air Based
etc, etc
So basically the map team sets a type of map for the month at the beginning of the month and the mappers that want to enter to conest can do so, the winner would be anounced at the end of the month. I think that a seperate forum kinda thing would have to be set up so that only the admins/mods can add topics in there, the first topic would be "Map of the Month Contest - October" and then another topic named "Map of the Month Contest - October Results".
This can also generate a Map of the Month. I think this could be a good thing and will sure bring out some really good maps.
