do you need 250 hours and then play 1 second on a map as MEC or china and you get the ribbons?

i dont know if its one second or one whole round because the ribbon doesnt come up in game it appears in bfhq after the end of the round

Yep pretty sure of that, I will be able to confirm that pretty soon since I'm almost at 250 hours and I have only 7 hours of played time on the Chinese side.

Yes, play 250 global hours, then one round as MEC for the Middle East ribbon, and 1 round as China for the other one. No skill involved, just time played, just like almost every other ribbon out there.
