Combat Infantry Medal - I can't get it...

So the requirements according to UBAR are:

* 500 Total Hours
* All Basic Combat Badges: Knife, Pistol, Assault, Anti-Tank, Sniper, Support, Spec Ops, Engineer, Medic
* Playing for 34 minutes in a server

I've got just over 500 hours (509.29)
I've got all basic badges (including a couple of expert badges)
I've played 34 mins on a server, I've even done 34 mins on a single round

However I still haven't received this medal! Is it because I have two expert badges? Seems odd if so, because I never really had all basic since my veteran pistol and knife were completed at the same time as basic pistol and knife thus skipping over them.

if you get basic and veteran pistol/knife badges at the same time it doesnt record the basic badge therefore the system thinks you have the veteran badges but not the basic badges

Just been looking through some other people stats, and starting to think the '500 hours' isn't correct. I think it's more like the 520-530 area.

its 500. this guy [TR]Dissb has over 600 hours, and the same problem as you, he has veteran pistol but not basic pistol and he doesnt have this combat infantry medal

It says in a server, I don't think it just has to be a single round either.

Try this. Join a game, earn the Basic Pistol Combat badge (not the veteran), and let the round complete ensuring not to earn a veteran status. Disconnect from the server, join another one, and play for 34 minutes. You should be rewarded with it.

I too have the same problem. I earned the Veteran before the Basic badge, so I'll probably have to earn just the Basic, accumulate the hours requirement, and whammo.
