Pistol badge messup?

I received my vetran pistol badge before I got my basic. Well it said I got the basic first then the vetran..at the same time. In my awards page I checked my recent awards and the basic is not there. I keep getting my basic pistol over and over in ranked servers. Today I got 22 kills with my pistol and I have over 100 total kills. Why am I not receiving my expert badge? If you have any ideas please let me know!

You need something like 500 total kills for the expert, I believe.

And the veteran badge takes the place of the expert badge. If you have the veteran you inherently have the basic.
