Do you need to purchase this game if you already own half life 2. Do you get it free because you own half life 2 etc. I have every steam game excluding half life source and i thought it would be a free download, i know its a free download for the people who bought the silver and gold package deals, but is it a free download for people with all the games?

I think I read somewhere that those that bought the silver and gold packages get it a week earlier. But after that it should be free to all those who have bought HL2
