well when i put in my new vid card it goes to the login user thing and i click a user and it shuts down and restarts....but i take the card out and its fine....is a broken card?

disable your onboard video in bios and set to agp, then reboot with the card installed.Comment

got it all done and stuff....well first of all....(sorry i didnt have much time in the first place to make this forum) my computer wont even turn on when i go to the choose user menu....its fine when the card is out though. i think i fried it cause i put it in and stuff with the plug for the PSU in :p well im gonna get an RMA at newegg....DOA
