Got a teamkill without doing anything!!!!!!!!!

I had just joined a game and started out hiding behind a container waiting for some tanks to clear. When I lay there, I suddenly got the message "Team damage", then I a few seconds later, I got "Team Kill" and then I got punished! WTF is going on, I had just entered the game and I hadn't gotten around to do anything yet?????!!!!

Your character farted. In fact, his flatulence was SO bad that it killed one of you teammates who had an allergy to the smell of bunghole.

Seriously though, it happens to me all the time. I actually tked a team mate when I tossed a smoke grenade and it hit one of my mates.

Ive heard people say that if the spot you just took coming into a game was from someone who just Tk'ed someone, you can get their punish...not sure if that is waht happened though, just another bug I presume
