Don't think you have any prob. I take it you are running an SLI system, all that has happened is that you have the show GPU load balance feature enabled in the Nvidia driver control panel. Right click on desktop select properties, select settings, select advanced, then the tab for you graphics card (Ge Force 7800) or similar, select SLI multi GPU tab, then uncheck the box next to show GPU load balancing the screen may flash blank after that the lines should have gone.
All the best

So far so good I've only got the 7800Gt's but I'm well impressed I know benchmarks aren't everything but, I used to run a pair of 6600Gt's and, in 3Dmark 2003 i've gone from 14,518 to 23,896 and in 3DMark 2005 from 4,613 to 10,269 and the 6600's were very fast Gainward Golden Samples, all frame rates are well up too. Cards seem to run cooler under load as well.
nice im still have to go another week before i order my first 7800gt, temp right now is good with only two fans and my 3200+ @ 2.5, still have more case moding to do, because it was heating up so i poped open the front and it dropped, so more air can move through and cool it down without my house a/c on lol, thats my cooling system right now lol
