Question about medals, badges and ribbons

Do they give extra points when we get them? (ie : 100 points for a badges, 50 points for a ribbon... something like that)

No sorry they don't. It is a reward for time spent or points gained.

No, this has been asked before. The medal or ribbon is a symbol of your achievment.
