Everytime I see someone do that I can't help but laugh! Counter measuer to that = bunny hop them to death. Whilst someone is prone they find it difficult to shoot a bunny hopper (in my experience anyway).
I cant see how jumping up and down on top of them would kill them quicker than just shooting them.....

Jumping up and down often dodges there bullets and considering they are in a fixed position only makes it easier for you. Hey, it may not work for some but it does for me. Everyone has there own style of play...
