TK/Artillery glitch (w/screenshot)

I was playing this evening and I was noticing I was getting teamkills for people who were standing around me when we would get hit by friendly artillery. If our commander would use artillery and hit any of the friendly players, if I was near them I was given a teamkill (and they all punished me, of course). I couldnt figure out what was going on, and I only managed to get this screengrab after one incident. I was not commander. You can see it lists:

I've never seen the glitch and I dont want to.

It has happened a few more times, and always on Karkland. It sucks because I can lose A LOT of points very quickly and get banned from my favorite servers.

If this game wasnt so damn addictive when it works properly, I would sell it just on principle for how buggy and absolutely aggrivating it is.
