New 32 man ranked server Always empty?

We have just opened a new 32 man ranked server. It takes ten to start. We can get 6 or 7 clan members in there. Can never seem to get it off the ground. What can we do to get this thing moving?
Anyone have any Ideas? It is always empty?
Help!

Yeah that is always a problem. We have a 24 slot and takes over an hour eachtime to get it going. No easy way really, but when I switch to Karkand it usually fills up pretty quick. But Karkand is boring before the game starts.

We have a 40 slot ranked server and we usualy fill it on karkand, or gulf of oman.

Tips:

a) Start the map as Karkand (16 player version is nice to start)

b) Recruit friends and friends of friends from Xfire

c) When people join before the game starts get them to join your squad, talk to them give them an incentive to wait a few minutes. Try to actually "start" a game ie: don't just TK an the main base. Pretend it is a real map, people who join are more likley to stay

d) When the game starts play Karkand a few times to get the numbers up

e) Then switch to a good 2nd map.

I assume the hot ticket for the moment is Karkand since you can rackup points due to the close ground combat.
