Basic Pistol Combat Badge: I get it over and over

Guys, this is a strange problem...

I keep getting the Basic Pistol combat badge, over and over, but it looks it doesnt stick.

The fact is I remember I got the Veteran and Basic combat badge at the same time, this is strange but, I remember, so basically I just skipped the basic pistol combat badge, and got the veteran straight, because I already had over 50 kills with the pistol

Basic Pistol = 7 kills in a round
Veteran Pistol = 7 kills in a round and must have 50+ total pistol kills
Expert Pistol = 18 Kills in a round and must have 500+ total pistol kills

I actually have the Expert Pistol Combat, I earned it some time ago, but I keep getting the Basic Pistol Combat Badge...

I also "qualify" for the Combat Infantry Medal, which requires 500+ global hours and having all the basic badges, but I think I never get the Combat Infantry Medal because the Basic Pistol Combat is somehow, "missing"

I know these awards are useless, but it's neat to have in your stats , any idea how do I fix this?

Combat Infantry Medal
= All basic badges
= 500 global hours played
= playing 34 minutes in a server

Make sure it's not just the 34 minutes in a round part that you're missing (you usually have to do those kinds of things AFTER getting the global time requirement). If you've done so, then you're f*cked 'til EA fixes it

Hmm, just gonna throw in a tidbit here... on bf2tracker, it says the most time played by anyone is ~840 hours... this game has been out for 84 days... someone has been playing this game for 10 hours, every day, for 84 days straight...

I wouldn't worry about it, as it doesn't really effect your stats.

Use to happen to me but stopped a while back dunno why, I skipped right to vet and expert in same round too, never got basic.

This is a confirmed problem by other users, also happens when you get Veteran Knife before the Basic one...

Yes, it doesnt cause any problem for the stats or the account, its probably a database error, and I think the problem *can* happen if you get any Veteran badges before the Basic ones, like I got the Veteran Pistol straight on, so I keep getting the Basic Pistol everytime I kill 7 people with a pistol.

I was thinking in a workaround for this issue, and it worked...

First I got the 7 pistol kills, the Basic Pistol Combat Badge showed up...
Minutes later when I was playing, I got the Combat Infantry Medal
It didn't show up before because one of the pre-requisites was "missing": the Basic Pistol Combat...

Of course, the Basic Pistol Combat Badge still doesnt stick...
