every clan server says = "follow our rules"
but no one. not even us (yet) . posts their rules
also - how do we ensure EA does not say this is game modding?? they do not list their rules anywhere!! they refer to their "server terms of service"
but no one seems to have a copy
please make comments/edits/suggestions

Welcome to the "name" Clan ROE page. Here you will learn our rules – our “Code of Conduct”. In general terms – it is simple . . . have fun and play fair. The following guidelines define our definition of fun:
1. Squads -
Please make and/or join
Do not join any squad that has our clan tags ["name"] or word "name"
2. Lone Wolf –
If you have a specialty (eg sniper, spec ops)
Make a squad with descriptive name - so Commander can direct you
3. Armor -
Be Engineer to heal yourself and other armor
Try to stay together (eg Tank and LAV)
Try not to Capture Flags – you are “magnet” for Spec Ops
If you die more than you kill – then stay out of armor
4. Aircraft -
Never fly with an empty seat! (well, maybe 1 or 2 on BH)
This is not your personal training server
do NOT pilot any vehicle until you have practiced first
(referring to basic handling skills – not tactical skills)
If you cannot hover – do NOT cap flags
If you can hover – do NOT just sit there – rotate for your gunners
If you are in Attack Helo
KILL first (primarily Armor)
Cap Flags with Care
Do not fire Guns at long range – only alerts enemy
If you keep getting ‘owned’ - try something different
5. Commander (CO) -
This is a FULL TIME JOB
Do NOT take armor/aircraft (even as gunner/bomber)
There may be exceptions to this, (eg sitting in armor to prevent theft)
but be prepared to give to teammate when requested
Do NOT run into battle capping flags – unless game situation critical (rare)
Do NOT engage in heavy combat - unless game situation critical (rare)
Consider being Engineer so you can repair your assets
Learn ALL tricks of Job (using supply to repair, zooming in and spotting enemy, etc)
Do NOT quit just because your team in loosing !!
6. Tactics –
If you can do it and survive – do WHATEVER YOU WANT
Buggy Bomb
Helo Capping
Base Raping
Spawn Camping
(just do not be a jerk – if the last flag can be capped, then try)
Stealing Uncap Armor
Bunny Hopping
Noob Tube
in other words, NO RESTRICTIONS ON CREATIVE PLAY – go for it !
7. TK -
if it is your fault – do not punish
if it is an accident – do not punish
if you get caught doing it on purpose
eg just to get a vehicle, or for you own enjoyment – you get banned
8. Kick -
You may get kicked to make room for Clan Member
(unless you are a preferred Server player – see Website for details)
9. Kick Selection is based on:
Idle Time - ie not really playing
Low time in server
Low score
High Ping
If none of the above are obvious, we wait until end of round to Kick
We never kick the high score - NEVER
Offensive Game Tag (racial, ethnic, sexual slur, etc)
Bad Language – you will get warned
Bad Ping
Violating our ROE above (we will warn you first)
10. Ban –
Aggressive TK (ie multiple on purpose)
Hacking
Cheating,
Obvious Stat Padding (hiding in the corner with others)
If you feel Ban or Kick was unfair, please make post on Forum with explanation, and we will be happy to make amends
