Server not showing in ASE/BF2

What can i do?

If i connect by IP in BF2, it works.

If i add the server in ASE by IP, the server shows up.

But if auto listed by BF2 or ASE, the server is not there, where it should appear... its nowhere.

You must forward the appropriate port(s).

It might be 29900-29901

As far as I can gather, although not technically minded enough in this area, I believe it takes more than a few days to "register" with the server browsers. We certainly had the same with our servers, just left it, and eventually they were on ASE etc etc.

What's the name of your server? It may have something to do with the name you used, don't use = from memory as the server won't show. Also did you make sure its not a filter problem? ie if the server is empty and you have populated checked obviously it won't show up in the list.
