How to Report Cheating Servers & Admins

I was playing on a server the other day, Landsharkz Ranked. We were only a few minutes into the game but one guy had 200 teamwork points. When I asked him to stop point farming he just laughed and taunted me. When I asked an admin to stop it, I was kicked by the admin. They weren't interested in stoping it at all.

Is there some way we can report these guys to DICE/EA? At the very least, they should lose their ability to be a ranked server if this is as rampant as it looks. How do we get someone to investigate?

there are so many servers like this seen one with 10 players and on the player list had people with 400+ pts

Exactly. That's why I'm trying to educate myself as to how to nail these kinds of cheats.
