Where can I download All-Seeing Eye game server browser

I used to go to http://www.udpsoft.com to get it. But the link seems to have been broken. Have you experienced the same or it just doesn't like me?

But the official download site is currently DOWN...that is the problem. The ASE installer .exe file isn't a typical installer...it connects to the official site and downloads the latest version to install. So, until the official site is back up..it's gonna be hard to find ASE.
