I've already mentioned in another thread about how the weapons from Duke Nukem 3D would own. Alternatively, some sort of alien technology would be needed to make this arcadey. Maybe a gun that fires little parasites that bite peoples' heads off.

Also, flying cars are an absolute must. Oooh, and a BF2 version of quad damage; maybe a can of Sprite or an energy bar.
