dissapearing APCs, tanks etc ... !?!?

well this is what made my eyeballs drop out of its holes ..

yesterday played with some friends over on some server .. we were on dragon valley protecting the left most flag .. I was in AT and other friend was right next to me .. we knew enemy was on the way .. and we waited to nail them .. well .. they did show up .. and then dissapeared .. I yell to friends over TeamSpeak "ANYONE SEEING THE SAME !?? " .. and yeah .. he yells back .. "F*CK tank and APC are gone " .. not a second l8er they appear again .. and dissapear again .. "F*CK " I shoot a AT .. and hit the invisible tank .. the other friend fires at invisible APC .. and nothing happens .. then out ouf the blue (= APC) a guy comes out and runs away from that APC .. became visible again .. .. I shoot again .. my friend shoots nothing .. APC gone .. after 15 to 20 mins .. I'm again on this flag .. I see over watter (right flag) another appearing / dissapearing APC going up the hill towards my main base ..

I followed him .. but no luck ..
could not find him .. I gues some one took him out ..

any1 experienced anything like that !? ?

its not the drivers .. I have the latest .. it could be overheating BUT .. i'm having like 5 ventilators in my machine .. I have not experienced anything like it in 2 month of play ..

very strange. Maybe the server was responsible for the errors.

i have the same problem but only on dragon valley.... you can see the people inside the tanks/a[c/jeep but not the vehicle...

most likely a texture error / video processing error. update everything, and try it again.

there was some cool errors in quake3 that let you see through water and some walls, and it wasn't a hack. video error most likely.

Same prob here mate , mostly on Kubra Dam but also noticed it today on Dragon valley..... GP is Radeon 9800XT 256Mb .. have tried different versions of drivers but still got the same prob

I have the same problem sometimes on Kubra Dam. I lowered my video setting and it seems to have gotten better.

Seen this too. More than likely a video processing bug. It only lasted for a short second or two.
