Reqs for Far East Service Ribbon Q

Can someone pleas clarify for me the reqs for this. As I understand it they are:

Global Playing time: 250 hours (as US, Chinese or MEC?? Or just Chinese??)

Then...

13 kills with 5 kill streak in 1 round?

Well the Far east service ribbon isnt 250 global hours as Chinese because i got it and i only played china for like 12 hours....
I got them and i didnt even know it...

Well the Far east service ribbon isnt 250 global hours as Chinese because i got it and i only played china for like 12 hours....
I got them and i didnt even know it...

Now this makes me think its 250hrs global playing time as any team then????!!! After 250 hrs as US you then switch to CHina and get your 1 round kills????

You need 250 global hours. It doesn't matter how many hours you have played as Chinese or MEC (or if it does the requirement is low). I got the Middle East and Far East ribbons when I hit 250 hours even though I don't play chinese maps much.

I'm almost positive you get both ribbons at 250 Global Hours. You are not notified in-game when you receive them.

250 globel hrs thats alot of play time if you dont have alot of time on your hands lol

and it doesn't tell you that you recieved it, until u log back in and suddenly find it as one of your rewards, thats how i got mine.
