Patched the game to 1.02..and is not working

Like i said i patched my game for the first time..to 1.02 and everytime i try to start the game it goes right back to the desktop.....any help

Buy the original game and it´ll all work out. You just can´t patch the cracked game since the crack is also in the .exe which is exchanged.

Ok in that case I appologize for my previous post.
You could try to re-install and patch, but I guess you tried that already. You need around 700mb free on the hdd when patching also btw.. I don´t know if you had that.
Otherwise I don´t know what you can try, but I wish you luck with it. I wonder why you haven´t patched earlier though.

I have come across a few people that had problems when they patched directly to 1.02 BUT when they go from Install>1.01>1.02 in order it works ok. Usually this fault manifests itself by returning to server broweser when you try and play a game with no error message, but its just a suggestion.

Re-install and try that if you don't have any luck with any other method, and before anyway says that it dosent make any sense, I KNOW but so far that has fixed it for 3 people i know and i found the "fix" by googling and found a few others with similar problems. Best of luck.

I was on vocation ...(long one) ..btw i did re-intall it and patched and it works now ..thanks guys
