when i go to make a base us it wont work so can you tell me everything i have to have in the name to make it a us base. thanks

When you click on the flag go to the tweaker bar and change the value to 2. Thatll make the 'base' U.S.
If thats what your asking? its kinda hard to understand what you meant :\ -
