Stationary Machine Guns and TOW launchers around the flags are counted as Ground Defense.

The rocket launcher looking thing that is mounted to the ground is one.

Sometimes it looks like a stinger site surrounded with sandbags - but for the most part it is stand alone. It has a single tube - rather than the 2 that you sit in the middle of for a stinger.

Some that come to mind - Karkland - at the bridge, near the wall where the road comes down. Also at the farthest NW base along the wall.

Dragon Valley - 2 bases across the river from each other - one has the helipad (TOW near the north wall) the other has a stinger right at the flag (TOW on the edge of the hill facing north).

As for the vehicles, I would imagine the water going APV's would count for that. I don't know if you can get the badge with them or not - I got mine in the stand alone.

The best one for getting the badge is the mounted machine gun near the USMC artillery spawn on Karkand. You can duck down to avoid enemy fire and have lots of targets to hit. The trick is getting to it before someone else (or just TKing them).

To get the bade, Vehicle mounted launchers are not taken into consideration. Need to use the stationary platforms.

TOWS, are real nasty against tanks, one tank whore on Karkand, was killing everybody, i stepped into the tow, and shot it from above (aka, i moved the missile to go on top of the tank, and then it came down), it went right on the top of the turret, auto 1hit kill. They are much more powerful than regular AT rockets.

Yah, they are much stronger than the regular AT missles. They can take an APC down to 5% if shot in the rear. (Last 5% the thing is on fire and gives you time to bail.) and do some serious damage to tanks, too.

In real life tanks probably couldnt take more than two AT missles. Unless they had reactive armor.

yea the TOWs are some nasty things...sometimes they can kill your apc in 1 shot..
