RAR files

Some of the MAPS come in RAR fomat. What is the best way to get WINRAR . Is it necessary to buy it or can you get a shareware version that will decompress the files?

Thanks God too. I hate those 'Autoinstaller/Installshield/w/e' map installers.
Overkill - Please don't use these, it's a map for crying out loud! Cut + Paste = Simple.
I don't like having a bunch of uninstall 'Kjahshfi Map' Folders in my beautiful comp.

I prefer IZArc (freeware, http://www.izarc.org) and/or 7-Zip (free open-source, http://www.7-zip.org/). Both replace WinRAR and WinZip.
