I'm new here. My first post ever.

Here is something I found on Strike at Karkand underground, or perhaps deep in the water:

Yes, it is about 120 meters below the ground. The strangest thing about it is: It only appears on some servers. This is the place you always see your radar go flying off to when you die. It is out of bounds by about 30 meters. Another strange thing is how it is coloured. No distance displayer is EVER blue or red, always white. I've seen this blue, by the way. I'm sure it isn't anything a commander dropped because:

1) I've tried dropping everything a commander gets there, it doesn't leave a distance display
2) Just now, I saw it as soon as I spawned( and the game began ). Commanders hadn't been elected yet.

I was looking for hours yesterday for a way to free spectate around, I was able to do it before when I died, but I've been told that is a glitch and I need the BattleRecorder( which I'm not prepared to download and set up JUST to see what is down there ).

Someone please go find out what that is.

use battlerecorder, u dont need to download anything, set up a local server, add that map and play for ac oupld opf minutes, but first open up the console and type in demo.recorddemo *file name*

That is the enemy UAV.
It's a bug that is going to be fixed in the 1.4 patch.
When the UAV isn't active you will see that on the ground.

No, when I host a local server and go commander, it is never there. It only appears on certain servers. On these servers it's there every round from the beginning to end. It doesn't go away when the commander uses the UAV, I've checked.

I saw someone post saying Stalin wouldnt make much sense...well SF has the Spezna's and Rebels

a lot of the guns in the game are soviet made...for example, ak47, T-something tanks...also, most of the weapons iraq had were soviet made..scuds were from soviet too
